Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation Policy:

We are committed to high-quality and customer-centric appliance repairs, that is why we make it as easy as possible for our clients to cancel and alter their bookings.

To cancel a standard booking, a customer must provide us with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the time of their booking.

To cancel the same-day booking, a customer must provide us with a minimum of 4 hours’ notice prior to the time of the scheduled booking.

When booking our service, the customer agrees to initiate all future cancellations by contacting our staff. The customer is also responsible for confirming the cancellation and ensuring all the details relating to the cancelled appointment are correct, including time, date and service type.

If you need to cancel a booking outside of standard working hours, please provide extensive details relating to your appointment, including your name, address and scheduled time of booking. 

Failure to adhere to our cancellation policy will result in our service call-out fee being charged ($90 + HST). This fee must be paid within 24 hours of the time of the original booking. To avoid being charged, please carefully read and follow our policy.
